What is the format of the lessons?
This course is delivered to you via email. No logins, no new systems, and no Zooms to keep track of.
Each lesson email is packed with insights, research, and actions to take with your team, as well as links to further reading, and other excellent content like videos, podcasts, and books.
What time are the lessons? Do I need to dial into a video conference?
No! Lighthouse Lessons can be taken by *anyone* who lives *anywhere* in the world. Our email based lessons are sent to you once per week at the same time every week.
You can then read and act on them at the time that works best for YOU.
What is the time commitment required per week for this course?
This program was designed with busy managers in mind, while leveraging the latest in workplace research on micro and spaced learning.
Each lessons takes approximately 15 minutes to review and plan your action to apply the lesson. Then, throughout the week you put the lesson into action with our tips and see how it works with your manager.
How does the Group Edition work?
Wish you had a light-weight, effective way to build bonds and mutual support among your managers? That's what the Group Edition can do for you.
Schedule a 30 or 60 minute meeting every 1-2 weeks for you and your managers, and we'll send you a Group Discussion Agenda that gives you a list of questions and topics so you can open the agenda 1 minute before the meeting and be ready to have an amazing discussion.
Even skeptical leaders have raved about the impact of these group discussions after just a few weeks of having them.
When does this program run? When is the deadline to join?
This program runs for 10 weeks on Thursdays from May 9th to July 11th. You also receive a bonus pre-lesson on Tuesday, May 7th to help you make the most of the program.
The solo edition includes 1 lesson per week for you, and if you purchase the group edition, you'll also receive a Group Discussion Agenda to go with each week's lesson.
